TENUTA VILLA GAIA

Location

This property is situated in the territory of Seggiano at 490 m above sea level, within the riuns of San Bernardino between the province of Siena and Grosseto. The area is perfect to people who love nature because the cottage is located on a mountain side between vineyards, olive groves and forest. The structure has a large pool. The location is good.

The House/Apartment

Tenuta Villa Gaia offers 3 types of apartments:

1. Apartment “AMIATA” on the first floor and contains a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, 3 baths and 3 bedrooms.
2. Apartment “LE RONDINI” on the second floor and contains a living room, kitchen, 2 baths and 3 bedrooms. the suite also includes a terrace with breathtaking view.
3. Apartment “FORESTERIA” is separated from the main stucture and contains a kitchen, living room with fireplace, 4 baths and 4 bedrooms. It also includes a laundry room and a beautiful external trellis work.

All the apartments are adapted to accomodate children and handiccaped people.

Garden

There is a private garden in front of each apartment with nice wooden and chairs.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The cottage is clean. Every apartment is furnished with great elegance and numerous amenties according to the principles of  ”Feng Shui”, an old chinese system for to create an harmonious ambients. The dining room is equiped of roomy couch, table and chairs.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bed is comfortable and the rooms have a window. A nice bathroom with a shower. Hot water is always available.

Kitchen

The kitchen is in good condition. Each of these have the fridge and electrical furnace.

LE CASALINE

Location

The farm holiday is situated in the panoramic hill of the Monte Amiata. This building is a family-run cottage. In 1800 the hamlet was a farmhause. In 1995 the Savelli family decided to use this structure as a farm holiday. It’s a farm also with 60 hectares of land with chestnut groves and olive groves. Peaceful location.

The Hause/Apaartment

In 2006 the farm holiday is divided in 4 apartments of about 75 square metres:

1. Apartment “GIUNONE” on the ground floor and contains a living room with fireplace, cooking corner and wc. Double room with sofa-bed.
2. Apartment “FEBE” (like Giunone).
3. Apartment “VENERE” on the first floor and contains a living room, cooking corner, wc and 2 double rooms with sofa-bed.
4. Apartment “MINERVA” (like Venere).

Every apartment has the independent heating and TV sat.

Garden

A pleasant garden surrounds the farm holiday equiped with barbecue for grilled food and a large gazebo with wooden tables.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

The cottage is clean. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. Living room featured the old tuscany style. Neat and tidy and sparkling clean.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a window and a lovely tub. Good hot water.

Kitchen

There is a nice cooking corner near the living room with all kitchen utensils.

BELLAVISTA

Location

Bellavista is a rustic cottage and dates back to the 16th century with wide view on the Val d’Orcia, surrounded from olive groves and oaks centuries old. This structure is a family-run farm holiday. Inside the farm, the guest can take a long stroll in the country and to do different sport. The structure has a large pool. The location is good and near the popular tourist destinations.

The farm holiday has 4 independent apartments:

1. Apartment “VISTA ULIVI“ on the ground floor with living room, cooking corner, 2 double rooms and wc.
2. Apartment “VISTA LECCI” contains living/dining room with cooking corner, double room and another one for 2 people, wc.
3. Apartment “VISTA MONTAGNA“ on the ground floor near the pool and contains a living/dining room with cooking corner and fireplace, a double room and another one for 2 people. A large wc.
4. Apartment “VISTA TRAMONTO” on the first floorand contains a living/dining roomwith cooking corner, a double room, wc and a large panoramic balcony.

Garden

Around the structure there are 100 hectares of land with different kind of plants and trees. There is a fascinating wood with well-maintained paths and noumerous animal species.

Furnishings/Cleanliness/Living Areas

Furnishings are tasteful, comfortable and in tuscany old style. The room has a window. The bathroom has a shower; only the apartment “Vista Tramonto” has a lovely large tub. Good hot water.

Kitchen

Every apartment has a nice cooking corner with all kitchen utensils.
